Aviation Scrapers — Handcrafted in the USA
Two sizes. Same uncompromising quality.

6" Phenolic Aviation Scraper
Compact and easy to maneuver, our 6-inch phenolic scraper is engineered for precision in tight or hard-to-reach spaces — cockpit components, around avionics, detail work, and confined access areas.
Machined from high-strength, industrial-grade phenolic, it safely lifts cured sealants, adhesives, and debris from aircraft skins, composite panels, and painted finishes — without scratching or gouging the underlying material. Its lightweight, ergonomic profile gives technicians greater control during detailed surface work.
| Material | High-density phenolic sheet stock |
| Safe On | Aluminum, composites, painted surfaces |
| Chemical Resistance | Fuel, hydraulic fluid, Skydrol |
| Best For | Sealant removal, gasket scraping, surface prep, detail work |
| Size | 6 inches |

11" Phenolic Aviation Scraper (Long-Reach)
Designed for extended reach and broader coverage, our 11-inch phenolic scraper is the go-to tool for larger surface areas — fuselage skins, access panels, fairings, wing surfaces, and flat expanses where a shorter scraper can’t keep up.
Precision-machined from the same industrial-grade phenolic as our 6-inch, its non-metallic edge lifts cured sealants, adhesives, and coatings without damaging paint, composite, or metal finishes. The longer profile provides improved leverage and reach, making it the preferred choice for heavy maintenance checks and C-checks.
| Material | High-density phenolic sheet stock |
| Safe On | Aluminum, composites, painted surfaces |
| Chemical Resistance | Fuel, hydraulic fluid, Skydrol |
| Best For | C-checks, heavy maintenance, wing panels, fuselage work |
| Size | 11 inches |
Why Phenolic?
What Phenolic IS
- Rigid enough to scrape without flexing
- Won't scratch aluminum, composites, or painted surfaces
- Chemically resistant to aviation fluids
- Non-conductive (safe near avionics and wiring)
- FAA/MRO shop approved material
What Metal & Plastic Are NOT
- Metal scrapers scratch and gouge aircraft surfaces
- Standard plastic scrapers flex, slip, and break under load
- Plastic melts near heat sources in the hangar
- Neither is purpose-built for aviation sealant work
